The 20-20-20 rule!

We start our mornings with the alarm of our phones! We might not carry our wallets but we definitely have our phones with us almost all the time!

Working from home is all dependent on the mighty laptops! Shopping, studying, social – we are all hooked on to our screens!

Now as the screen time increases, our blinking decreases! Our muscles stay in constant use. All these cause dryness and fatigue.

So while using the screens for longer periods remember to take a break for 20 seconds, every 20 minutes and look 20 feet away! This is the 20-20-20 rule!
